Flashback Friday – The jungle of Northern Sumatra, circa 2011 and Auralia Director Steve Lampron is shown here rolling up his sleeves and assisting with a fairly complex multi-stage multi-project life of mine (LOM) along with Auralia MD Daniel Tuffin as part of their task to provide onsite teaching to staff and additional technical expertise during the mines start up period.

It was highly rewarding being able to pass on knowledge and carry out work that formed the foundation of what is today still a highly profitable mine, with gold and silver Reserves of 3Moz, and 31Moz respectively.
